Dispatch from France with tracking
All orders are prepared and dispatched from France after payment has been confirmed. Shipping times may change depending on destination, carrier capacity and seasonal volume.

Where supported by the delivery service, tracking information will be shared after the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Shipping may be handled by Colissimo / La Poste and, depending on the destination, a local delivery partner may complete the final stage of delivery.

When the delivery arrives, check the outer packaging before disposal. If the package is damaged, or if anything appears missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and, if possible, photographs of the parcel and contents.

When your order arrives, please check the outer packaging before disposing of it. If the carton is visibly damaged, or if any item appears missing or damaged, contact us promptly with your order reference and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and contents.
Shade sail orders are supplied with delivery information shown for the relevant delivery area. Fixing kits and installation accessories are normally delivered free of charge when ordered together with a shade sail.
